Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, crafted, and prepared for shipping or pickup. 4. What are my pickup options? We offer two convenient pickup options: - Porch Pickup: Available in San Tan Valley. - Home School Pickup: Available on specified days. 5. How much does shipping cost? We offer flat-rate shipping of $8 for orders under $60. $10 for $60-99. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. 6. Can I return or exchange an item? Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange or replacement. 7.
